Excellent location neat train station (less than 5 mins) and across the road and through a gate into the old town. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived but as we checked in the Receptionist checked again and a room was ready - very good customer service. Parking directly under hotel at 10 euro per day - we missed the sign for the hotel first time passing but sat nav took us directly back, there's 1 car park at first level down and the Ibis car park is next level down. Room was very small as all Ibis rooms are so knew what to expect - excellent value for money - almost half what we paid in other hotels on our trip. Small bar in lobby where you take your own drinks and when finished pay before you go up to your room. Breakfast was normal Ibis fare and was very good.

I loved the location. You can go to the historical center and to the Central Station in a minute. It's also close to everything you need. Moreover, even when you can't find something or somewhere open, in the hotel you'll definitely do with the lovely help of the staff. I had a great time there, and I could ask for one more night even with such short notice. Thanks. I would stay there if I came back.

Very well located accommodation. With a clean, high-quality room, usually the kind that is typical of ibis hotels. The air conditioning was very good in the summer heat. Overall, the accommodation is an excellent price/value ratio, which could be recommended to everyone for a stay of several days.

I loved the location of the hotel, not even a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great!! The staff were very friendly, especially the lady in charge of breakfast who gave us a lovely smile every morning and was so helpful running around and topping things up! The breakfast was delicious, a fantastic spread. The beds were reasonably comfy given it is a mattress topper not a mattress and the pillows were a good thickness. The shower had great pressure and a large hose head which was perfect. This is a simple hotel which delivers what it promises and you get good value for your money. Great for a shorter stay as perhaps you would want a proper mattress if staying longer than 3 or 4 nights but it was perfect for my partner and I. I would book again without concern. The cleanliness was top notch.

LOCATION was right across the street from the Old City and very close to the underground/trams/buses and also the main train station. Room was sufficient. Breakfast was pretty good, very filling and plenty of options. Hotel had a new smell to it, must have done some recent renovations/painting/updates.

Great location near both the main Train station HBF and the Altstad. An easy flat stroll to both. The room was clean and tidy with clean bathroom and powerful hot shower. Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. 2nd stay here and would stay again.

Great location if you want to hope on a team, underground or local train…not to mention it’s an easy walk to the Christmas Market. Rooms are clean and minimalist.

The room is rather small, but fine. The room was very clean. Good location, just 3 mins by foot to Old City (Altstadt). The reception team is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

The breakfast was pretty much the same as other hotels I've stayed it in Europe. I enjoyed the variety of foods offered. The room was very quite even though the hotel is in a busy area.
